Purchase with confidence:
Policy considerations before and after sales.

Dynamic Sound sells new, demonstration and previously owned products. Previously owned products will generally come from the Dynamic Sound current product line. However, some items recognized as classics may also be found among the inventory.

1. Convenient payment methods: Dynamic Sound accepts MasterCard, VISA, Discovery & American Express. For your protection, we thoroughly investigate the validity of all credit card charges. You can pay by cash, personal check, postal money order, certified check or bank cashier's check. Personal checks are subject to credit verification, or cleared by bank before receiving purchased items.

2. Interest free lay away program: Dynamic Sound provides a lay away plan that enables you to purchase your components the easy way. Basic plan: 25% down and 25% per month for 3 months. However, if no payments are made within 30 days, your order will be cancelled. In the event your order is cancelled all but the down payment of 25% will be refunded. The basic plan, 25% down and 25% per month applies to each item ordered for lay away.

3. Sales: All sales are final at the time of purchase (not at the time of delivery) unless otherwise specified by Dynamic Sound on the sale invoice. New Products: Products sold as new will be furnished in a factory-sealed box with all appropriate accessories, manuals, warranty cards, etc. Full factory warranty applies, as does trade up policy. Demo Products: Demonstrator models will be furnished in an open factory box with all appropriate accessories, manuals, warranty cards, etc., unless otherwise agreed to by customer. Full factory warranty applies. Trade up is not available. Previously owned products: Products sold as previously owned (trade-ins) will be furnished where possible in the factory box with appropriate accessories and manuals provided by the customer who traded in the product. Any remaining portion of the original factory warranty will apply if transferable. Registry of the transfer is the responsibility of the purchaser, as is obtaining missing packing, manuals, accessories, etc., unless otherwise agreed to by Dynamic Sound. Trade-up is not available.

4. Returns: Dynamic Sound does not support a pre-sale in-home loaner program. Returns of operating products in like new condition will be considered for trade-up purposes only.

Defective components will be governed under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty. Where warranty returns are necessary, the following policies apply. New Products: If a new Dynamic Sound product is defective in the first 30 days of ownership, we will make every effort to replace it with a new unit, subject to the manufacturer's policies (certain manufacturers may permit only repair, not replacement). Products, which are not defective may be returned within 10 days of the date of purchase for credit towards another Dynamic Sound product of equal or greater value. No refunds will be made except by written agreement with Dynamic Sound prior to purchase. The sales invoice will contain the signed agreement. Where prior agreement is made, returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Returned products must be in original condition, with all packing, manuals and accessories. Demo Products: Defective Dynamic Sound demo products will be repaired under the terms of the standard manufacturer's warranty.

No refunds will be made. Exchange or trade-up is not available. Previously Owned Products: Defective previously owned products will be repaired under the remaining manufacturer's warranty. No refunds will be made. Exchanges or trade-up is not available.

5. Trades: New product (not demos or previously owned) may be traded up for another Dynamic Sound product within one year of the original purchase date. Dynamic Sound will credit 100% of the original purchase price of the product being traded towards the retail price of any new Dynamic Sound product, subject to the following conditions. (A) The product being traded is still in the manufacturer's current product line. (B) the value of the new product exceeds the value of the product being traded up by at least 100%. (C) Only one previously purchased product may be traded up on each new product; and (D) The traded product must be in original condition, with all packing, manuals and accessories.
